How to obtain eQTL data files from NephQTL2? #1

I need the following files to run scripts/07-format_nephqtl2_coloc.R:

eQTLs_chrAll_40_peers_cis1000kb_Glom.NephQTL2.txt.gz
eQTLs_chrAll_50_peers_cis1000kb_Tube.NephQTL2.txt.gz

Could you please help me with:

Where can I download these files?
Do I need to apply for data access permission?
If permission is required, what is the application process?

Hi Jixing,

NephQTL2 data is publicly available. You can find it on the website where you took the screenshot. At the top of the page, click on "About," and look for the Single-SNP matrixEQTL results. This will direct you to a Dropbox link where you can download the file: MatrixEQTL_Results_Kyu_et_al_2023.zip.
