German Rupee names for randomizer

As discussed on Discord, here's the list of terms I came up with for the German translation. There's a lot of (partially regional and/or archaic) funny terms for money, as well as all the game currencies we already had and some random funny things, some of them VERY German culture coded.

I vote we add Bratwürste to English as well!
