Create 32-bit version #3

Some devices still require 32-bit

a 32-bit WinPE can deploy both 32 and 64-bit Windows, however, a 64-bit WinPE can only deploy 64-bit Windows

Feedback given to me is that people are not deploying 32-bit anymore and this is not needed.

If someone needs a 32-bit version, the code will work for 32-bit also, just create a 32-bit WinPE and you can use the same wininstall.cmd file
