Either with result numbers next to the terms after a search term is entered, or by removing terms that do not contain any links that match in the result set.

Thanks for the ideas. I understand the first part of the suggestion, (having a number dynamically update based on results as you type keywords). But I'm not quite envisioning what you are suggesting when you say "removing terms that do not contain any links". Can you clarify that pioint?

Just a suggestion, show only categories that are relevant to the search term. Notice how the "Filter by Taxonomy" section changes based on the search entered.
