I thought the sync agent might be running and causing mongo-es-prod CPU spike. Because of this I created a new project in Jenkins to run the stop-posting-sync.sh bash script on prod Docker hosts 1 and 2. I can confirm the sync agent has stopped, and I built prod-posting-api again to get things back up.
Even thoughI know you're working on hardening sync-agent and optimizing upserts in posting API, I'm opening this ticket to keep track of this issue as it's causing downtime in prod when we push code commits..
