Wizard's Vault #435

If some accounts works, or it works when launching GW2 outside of Gw2Launcher, you need to clear the cache. The cache is automatically cleared when updating, so that should have happened by now. You can manually clear the cache by right clicking any account > Tools > Advanced > Delete cache folders.

If it doesn't work at all, including for GW2 outside of Gw2Launcher, ArenaNet is aware. The problem started a few days ago. Some have fixed it by changing DNS providers (google).

I'm also running into this issue, and another option I've found to not have to restart the game (and cause you to get throttled in the login server, if you have too many accounts) is to close the Wizard Vault and kill the chromium embedded processes. you can easily do it by running this command taskkill /f /im cefhost.exe then opening the Wizard vault again. sometimes it takes a few tries or only works on one of the active accounts for some reason.

I wanted to ask, do you have the nexus mod for fast map loading on? I am not totally sure, but the issue seems to happen more often with this enabled as I always log out of my alt accounts with the wizard vault window open.
