We never test

Describe your proposal

We should run tests.

I used pytest at the hackathon, so at least to start with, let's use that

[x] Add pytest to dependencies
[x] Add a tests folder to Carrot-Assistant
[ ] Test the main functions of the app

Then add tests for any new functionality
