[Feature Request] batch delete and automatic cleanup

I play adventures a lot and like experimenting silly combos with my small collection. That leaves a lot of "custom hunter 2" or "dalaran heist 00-00 00:00"s in local storage, sometimes even causes trouble for HDT to determine the correct deck.

Unfortunately, the animation of MahApps.Metro's MessageDialog - which shows up every time I click "delete" - is slow as f**k, which reminds me that half an hour wasted on restarting the game just to draw two molten giants before turn two ends.

Using regex to manipulate PlayerDecks.xml once in a while is sure a viable solution, but I'm playing hearthstone for fun, not for more anger.

For me, these functionalities will be greatly appreciated:

• batch deletion of decks
• option: hide untitled decks ("custom hunter 2" alike)
• option: automatically delete decks that no longer exist ingame

@TJYSunset You can CTRL-Click on multiple decks then delete them. I do that all the time. Not sure why you animation is so slow.
