Installer path and start menu folder

I noticed today when I updated that the installer suggests the default install path even if it has already been installed previously at a different location, it would be better if it could find the old location.

Also it's suggesting the start menu folder "Lotus Tracker 1.0.3" rather than 1.1.0. The version number should probably be removed so people don't end up with multiple folders.

Finally when I ran the installer I go this error

I think the installer just needs to wait a bit because retry worked fine. Btw thanks for the new version!
