Move the note about spells to be near spells

Oh, sorry, confused the before/after part. Yeah, looks better now. Please, always describe which is which ;-)

Not a necessity, no. I just found it strange that the box about spells is in the section about specialities, way after the section about spells

Actually, I'm thinking about removing 'note' from around that text, to make it fit. I don't see how this text is any "exceptiony"

It's just supposed to attract your attention when you want to quickly look something up, not giving it a thorough read through. Something like, "Wait, can I really play only one spell per combat round?" "Yes, look"

Not sure... such box has sometimes the opposite effect on me. I wanted to check something, but glance over the exception box without noticing it.
