Why does the edges produced in OmegaPLM become shape (PLM_layers, n , n) instead of (Layers, batch size, n , n) #65

Hi I'm was going through the model to understand how it works and i dont understand why there is no batch size on the edges in the PLM? does this mean how you batch you sequences will effect the output?
