ImagingMode Frame: cannot set any number for line scan time #213

When selecting any number for the line scan time, it fall back to a decimal number lower than the one given.

Pixel dwell times and frame rate seem to be unaffected.

Does not seem to be the case for the J90 AOD setup.

FIXED.

Was caused by bottom-cutoff > 0, which was not properly taken into account.
