DC's are wrong #93

Hey just wanted to point out that when some1 gets the chance they might want to go through the entire Workbook for HeroForge and Add in the missing DC's as well as Correct the ones that aren't calculating (either from past contributors being lazy and/or not caring, or just not coded in (correctly or otherwise)) .

I know I mentioned this before for the SLA and/or SNA on the RaceInfo sheet but from playing around I just found that the Grafts sheet is the same. I know I could start fixing them on my end but I don't understand how Github really works for contributing, uploading, and/or updating so it wouldn't be any help for everyone else.

RaceInfo is now folded into CreatureInfo and is on a separate worksheet in the data subfolder of the project. I'm currently working on turning it into a csv so it's diff-able, which will make it a lot easier for people to contribute fixes like that.
