Wanted posters do not properly work #427

As for most part the posters do work like intended, but there's an issue under specific circumstances that makes it bug out.

When a wanted poster is used and the player remains in the safehome and starts Another survivor the survivor from the poster will appear.

When a player does the above but start the mission from a pub world (like warehouse or harbor) the survivor also appears.

However, if the player gives the poster to Patrick, then leaves to a pub world, returns to the safehome shortly after and then starts the mission the survivor is random.

It seems like this issue might be connected to #426 as fresh safehome servers seem to have issues with loading data for the player

It also appears a player experienced this issue when starting the mission from a pub world. I haven't been able to replicate it myself that way so it might have been fixed in dev branch

Added a console log for showing what wanted poster is active.
