There are different situations which may require to hide main menu items in home screen (e.g. content which is not suitable for chlidren). With this pull request it becomes possible to show/hide main menu items in home screen based on master mode.

If "Master" flag is not set the item is always visible (default). If "Master" flag is set and master mode is enabled the item is visible. If "Master" flag is set and master mode is disabled the item is hidden.
