Allow to regulate size of images in \collaborators #1

This adds a second parameter to the \collaborators command specifying the size of the graphics included.

I like this change. Thanks a lot! However, I do have a suggestion to improve it even further. Can we make 0.25cm the default?

Good idea, I implemented this. Still need to do the same for the poster style though.
