2 years ago this functionality has already been implemented but rarely used. other bots also accept the ❌ emote to remove messages, perhaps we should consider adding that?

2 years ago this functionality has already been implemented but rarely used. other bots also accept the ❌ emote to remove messages, perhaps we should consider adding that?
By adding a 🗑️ or similar emote to a message reposted by the websocket a drone can remove one of its own messages. This helps correcting mistakes and redacting messages that are deemed inappropriate. Drones are only allowed to remove their own messages this way.
When deleting the message the content should be noted in the audit log to prevent abuse.
