How can we reproduce the error/bug?

In addidtion to that, please explain your issue as detailed as possible.

It can happen randomly and only kick some players, where i have seen it more is when i tp to another world or to a player.

Do you have ViaRewind installed on your spigot server? If so, that doesnt work for 1.8 clients. Either use 1.13 + Protocolsupport or use 1.12.2 with Protocolsupport

We need more info. Client versions, versions of your spigot servers, installed Plugins like ViaVersion/ViaRewind/Protocolsupport etc. Is there a more detailed error in the client log, bungee log or spigot log?

It's the only information, we do not use any other plugin to allow more versions

I was affected by the error using the version 1.7

Ah, so you are running a 1.7 server where only 1.7 players can connect?

Only players can enter if they go through the lobby, the lobby has the plugins that you mentioned (viaversion, viabackwards and viarewind), from there on out the other servers can only work with versions 1.7-1.8.

I did this because the host that uses the lobby at the moment does not allow me to use a version that supports 1.7-1.8
