No velocity bug #243

Everyone has no velocity and no knockback, on newest bungeecord and viaversion.

Same, downgrading Hexacord fixed the issue.

The issue is not present with latest BungeeCord tho (all the other plugins were the same).

Also when this would happen we're using ViaVersion on spigot instances not on HexaCord... so I'm thinking this is not ViaVersion issue, as I'm unable to replicate with BungeeCord and ViaVersion.
