Hex editor app #456

It'd be really helpful to be able to examine the contents of binary files from inside Puter.

I just created this app with HexEdit : https://puter.com/app/hexedit Sadly its not open source, so it can't be intergrated to use Puter filesystem :cry: But i guess its still better than nothing. But an hex editor made for Puter, that uses Puter filesystem and Puter menubar would be really cool.

Also this HexEdit website is a PWA, so it can also be installed outside of Puter
