error in GxE script, line 95 #18

There is an error on line 95. When you simulate environments as correlated traits you shouldn't also add varGxE = rep(2, nEnv), as this will add extra (spurious) error to the phenotypes. It will also cause confusion to the user.

@TolhurstBiometrics thanks for raising this error. We have lots of files here - can you please point me in which file should I look at the line 95?
