Ability to save #16

I don't know if the problem is that you can't type a name for the save or
if it just can't write to the SD card.

- perhaps can be solved by mapping a number/letter to a button on the
wiimote (like 2).

The problem is that you can't type a name.

This has been fixed in the source tree. I'll add a few more fixes/features 
before
releasing a new version.
