Improvement: Upload in background OR Add notification for images on phone that have not uploaded #220

I have found that many times I get home and forget to leave the Hivemapper app open so it can upload.

Either it needs to auto upload in background.

Or at least give a notification after being disconnected from camera for a while and there are images waiting to upload.
