Add Review section and paper. #20

Hi, Thanks for this great list. I'm adding a review paper that I've recently published, which took lots of inspiration from this list. I'm not sure if this should go into the "General" section or a separate "Review" section, so let me know if you want to change where it's put. Thanks a lot.
