I started refactoring the envoy for better eligibility, in this pr:
Improvements in index.ts code
organize class's errors and interfaces to improve code readings
add dot-env in this project to easily change some parameters with the .env file
split HcAdminWebSocket and HcAppWebSocket class into two files
add some useful logs

I plan to work next in refactor of the envoy class. Can someone help me describe how to set up the development environment for the envoy project?
