Could not connect to host (http://127.0.0.1:18083/) #716

When you enable a second network interface (eth0 or eth1) that was previously 
disabled at the moment you install virtualbox and/or phpvirtualbox (installed 
with wlan0 up) to autostart through /etc/network/interfaces, the webui refuses 
to start throwing the error 'Could not connect to host 
(http://127.0.0.1:18083/)'. Disabling it you are good to go... (ubuntu 12.04 
LTS)
