Thank you very much for your contributions and your publicly available data!

I wanted to report that the website of caastomato has been down for at least a couple of days now and was wondering if anything could be done about this.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have uploaded the genomes to github https://github.com/HongboDoll/TomatoSuperPanGenome/releases/tag/v1.1 https://github.com/HongboDoll/TomatoSuperPanGenome/releases/tag/v1.2

The annotations in gff3 format are also there https://github.com/HongboDoll/TomatoSuperPanGenome/releases/tag/v1.0

We are working on fixing the website now
