Differing prices showing on auction house

Discussing prices with my brother, I came across a visual error on the auction house. Screenshots are attached- on my end the psychoanima and hysteroanima in alchemy2 are showing as having sold at 13k each, although on his end they were showing at 10k each even though they were depicting the same sellers and buyers.

I was accessing the auction house from Rulude Gardens, he was accessing it from South Sandoria

That looks like your monitor/visual is funky. Looks like the 0 on your screen is warped and his is just clear. The 9,900 is the same.
