🐛[BUG][Combat]Light Spirit Out-of-Combat Behavioral Inconsitencies

What does this bug affect? Summoner's Light Spirit appears to have spellcasting behavior that is inconsistent with Retail.

Steps to Reproduce

1. As a SMN with Light Spirit of an appropriate level to have access to spells, go outside of town.
2. Summon Light Spirit.
3. Wait for Light Spirit to cast any magic.
4. Note behavioral inconsistencies with retail.

Expected behavior Various things of note in terms of Light Spirit Behavior:

• Out-of-Combat Behavior
  • Spirit spell recasting duration should be affected by summoning magic skill.
  • The following in order of priority:
  • When the Summoner of the Light Spirit is below 66% HP:
    • Cast highest tier Cure/Curaga the Light Spirit has learned on the Summoner.
  • When someone in the Party or the Alliance is below 50% HP:
    • Cast highest tier Cure/Curaga the Light Spirit has learned on the Party/Alliance member.
    • NOTE: Light Spirit can cast Curaga on alliance members not in the same party as the SMN.
  • When the Summoner is missing any buffs, or have buffs under the Light Spirit's tier (Protect/Shell):
    • Cast the highest tier buff spell missing (Protect/Shell/Regen/Haste) on Summoner first.
    • Cast the highest tier buff spell missing (Protect/Shell/Regen/Haste) on other party members.
    • Buffing behavior should be Protect > Shell > Haste > Regen, each checked to see if the same tier buff already exists on the target.
  • Light Spirit should NOT cast Cure/Curaga spells on itself.
  • Light Spirit should NOT be affected by any of its own AoE Cures.
  • Light Spirit should NOT cast Cure/Curaga spells on anyone if they do not meet the HP threshold.
  • Light Spirit should NOT cast buffs on itself.

Looks like buff order is Pro>Haste>Regen>Shell in that order. Used Curaga on Summoner and it does not hit Light Spirit Does not heal itself (towards end of video 2 its down to 11% hp and it never cures itself) Does not ever cast buff on itself even if summoner is fully buffed It DOES have innate regen though

I case light spirit at level 75 SMN and it cast only Regen I for the entire duration it was out and out of combat. I had no buffs on, so it does still seem to have inconsistent logic.
