Add check backup is need delete

• If backup file too much, program will appear a dialog.
• Add a dialog to ask to delete out of date back up file
• Bug fixed:
  • Fix _tfopen function error prompt
  • Fix some backup format error
  • Fix visual studio compile error in CI
