racaljk/hosts#654 在windows 2008 R2和windows 10均出现了这个情况

希望watch的朋友们如果出现了这种情况也反馈一下这样能够汇总问题方便修复bug

新的版本已经在写了但是实在不懂究竟为何不能更新...
