[TSE] Enable Bot to Join Campaign

Description

We need to integrate new hufi endpoints to allow bots to join campaigns. The bot should detect active campaigns and be able to join them.

• [ ] Retrieve a list of active campaigns from HuFi endpoints
• [ ] Implement logic for bot to join active campaigns
• [ ] Add error handling for failed attempts to join campaigns
• [ ] Schedule regular checks for new active campaigns
