Description: HueForge fails to create an IMAGE Filament Library tab after a IMAGE filament is added

Reproduction Steps: 1.) Launch HueForge version v0.8.0-Beta-1 or newer 2.) Click File -> Open File -> Image 3.) Select any supported image and click Open 4.) Right Mouse Click on the Image and select Create Filament 5.) Click Add and Close 6.) Observe Filament Library

Result: Nothing Occurs

Expected Result: Filament Library IMAGE tab is created with the newly created IMAGE filament or the Create IMAGE option is removed.

This is not the expected result. I am hiding the existence of image filaments because they aren't useful. Only the ones on the cores at the end get saved and never displayed as a Filament.
