Incompatible With Mods that Change Mod Location #21

Mods, such as Version Mod Loader or likewise that makes Fabric load mods from another location, do not work when attempting to update mods; only Version Mod Loader is checked. Version Mod Loader places mods in their own folder depending on the version of Minecraft you're playing (I.E. a 1.17.1 folder for 1.17, etc.). However, attempting to update mods only load mods found in the mods folder, not subfolders or loaded mods.

If this issue could be addressed, that would be great.

this seems like a pretty sus-pific use case but maybe
