Missing title and placename in listing #361

When you look at a layer, and it lists all the places in it, the titles of the places are missing, and there is a blue box with 'c' in it instead. Compare with the Production GHAP for how the title and placename etc should look in the listing under a layer. I'm not sure if this problem was introduced with Mobility, as it seems unrelated to mobility, but I'm not sure what else could have caused this.

From my memory, it might be an ongoing issues possiblly overlooked. I was confused by the title missing when adding new attributes as well. However, after comparing with the Production GHAP, I found that it could be a broader issue affecting the all place cells.

I shall double check whether it's affected by Mobility.
