Gesture to enable or disable touch recognition #8

It may be nice to have a gesture (i.e. touch a specific part of the trackpad) 
to toggle the Enabled flag on and off.

Useful for those using only one trackpad for both mouse and typing.

No need to add this for the time being.  One may use BetterTouchTool (which, in 
my opinion, most trackpad/magicmouse users should use, it's great) and assign a 
custom gesture to the keyboard shortcut they use in MK.
