Bring website online on staging server #61

@jwalsh and @jotajunior: For when did you have this scheduled? My thought was that it would be good to have this going before the weekend, so we can test and debug over the weekend.

Also, could you walk me through how access/updating of the website version on the staging server would work? Thanks!

I'm looking to have this online later tonight:

@DarkSymmetry will be the primary account for the deployment; a deploy key has been added
test pages will still be available
The scraper directories may need to move out of /var/www/ : since they're hosted in the same repository I'll need to confirm with @jotajunior that we've got the current files in the repository.

To deploy:

cd ~/ProjectGAMR; git pull

I'll see what I can do to push deploy notifications to Slack when we update.
