update type definitions so that the React SDK internals use the extended types with receivedAt instead of the raw Hume SDK types
- user-facing change: type definitions are different for lastUserMessage, lastVoiceMessage, and chatMetadata
- there is no change to functionality
reorganize type definitions into the models directory
