MQTT model integration with ESP32

Request and Response topics were added to the MQTT manager files. Successfully tested with the app.

In eh_reading.c and pH_reading.c files condition was added to log the errorcomponents/sensors/reading/ph_reading.c#L30 line.

Please look into it and give your suggestions
