Workshop 5 results change when recomputed #1123

Results in the workshop 5 solution were not matching the results we get when working through the workshop now. When pulling up the solution, this is what the results are initially: image

When you compute the scenarios again, you get this (which matches what we get when we work through now): image

I'm assuming this is just due to changes in the way the model does the computations.

@BrittCorley I would expect that if the results changed a little like they did here, that results would change a little across all of the workshops. Did the results in all workshops change?

I would also expect that without-project condition EAD in Workshop 5 matches without-project condition EAD in Workshop 4. Does without-project condition EAD match between Workshop 4 and Workshop 5?
