sample working grafana dashboard #241

We are using hydro-serving more and have been load testing and it scales very well - even before we move to using K8!

We would like to see the default metrics that is generated by the Containers, models and applications.

It would be great if you can provide some pointers on - either using the json's in ./grafana

Or provide an example dashboard that displays default container/model usage metrics.

Looks like all the metrics are already there in Prometheus - I have started assembling the grafana panels from those metrics.
