Problems with docker registry #283

  1. Not support to pull images from Harbor when create application.

java.lang.Exception: can't parse image name 172.32.150.73/public/linearregression. 172.32.150.73 is harbor IP. I guess the image name is not agree with NamePattern: Regex = "([a-zA-z0-9-.:]+)/([a-zA-z0-9-_]+)".r

  1. REMOTE_DOCKER_REGISTRY_USERNAME,REMOTE_DOCKER_REGISTRY_PASSWORD and REMOTE_DOCKER_IMAGE_PREFIX was not set in helm manager/templates/deployment.yaml,but these variable was used in start.sh for hydro-manager.
