Effect of gdipp not visible in Google Chrome

I'm from Russia, not very well know English, so I translate the text through

Which program triggers the problem? Specify the filename if possible.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Google Chrome

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Text, smooth ClearType

What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?
0.7.6.0, Windows 8 Release Preview, Chrome 21.0.1180.89 m

Please provide any additional information below. Screenshots always help.
I installed gdipp. Everything seems to be fine in Windows smoothing works, but 
not in Google Chrome. In Google Chrome remains the same smoothing. What am I
