Fix tests failures

:tophat: What is the goal?

The goal fo this PR is fixing some issues introduced in previous PRs.

• We fixed the bug related with the uninstall in mac and centos os system that the env variable doesn't exist as sudo user.
• We stopped the processes related with CLAI when user uninstall the system.
• We modified the docker image for the integration tests.

:memo: How is it being implemented?

• modified the python uninstall script to check the directory or the env variable.
• We stop the process when uninstall as sudo. a A argument has missed.
• we modify the docker to install new mandatory dependencies for system works perfectly.

:boom: How can it be tested?

Some integration tests continue falling. Please @TathagataChakraborti or @MayankAgarwal check those skills that are throwing errors because are falling out of the integration tests too.
