In the Storage Systems wizard, After Review and Create Panel, 404 error #38

This was displayed after I clicked the create button.

This was on cluster2. If you tell me where logs are, I can upload them.

Refresh of the GUI works to display them correctly.

The Admin should not have to do a refresh.

I'm noticing that I have use the refresh button on most of the Storage System panels if they are new.

this may be the same issue as #32 working with Bipul for the root cause

Hi, have the same problem on s151

This 404 refers to "OpenShift Data Foundation" button:

But the button disappears when clicked and 404 was displayed:

I suspect odf-console load failed due to pod is not running due to pulling image. It may be an issue of console.

Redhat might solve it, I can't see the same symptom on 1.0.0 so far, closed the ticket, thanks.
