A google search for ibm cloud key protect sdk go resulted in a list with the top hit this README.md. There should be a reference in the README.md to the docs:

https://cloud.ibm.com/apidocs/key-protect

Are both the README.md and the ibm docs kept up with the same frequency? If not, you could consider removing some of the content from one or the other.
