faceapi blocks broken by upgrade to latest TensorflowJS #354

The TFJS update pushed last night broke the Scratch blocks that use faceapi. It looks like this has already been reported to the faceapi community and discussed in the TFJS repo.

For now, I've reverted to tfjs 1.5.2 as a temporary workaround until I understand the best way to get this working.

(This also shows that the tests for my Scratch blocks need improving - they checked that the library loaded, but didn't try to make a call which would've caught this breakage before it was pushed to the live site. Need to fix that)
