Use cell size instead of bit depth and additional samples #18

Changeed idle.spl to use the cell size parameter added in Streams 4.2. Added new hangout detection samples in a separate namespace.

@natashadsilva Future request to try and keep pull requests focused on a single item, many small independent PR's are preferred. It's git, branches are cheap etc.
