NAM -> Formula issue in the IndexMod tab #109

‎Something seems off in indexmod and this tool could probably QC'd. There are #values produced by formulae.

The issue is that Allocations are missing from columns J:Q. Multiplying a the blank cells by the 0 target resulted in an #VALUE! error. By changing the value of these cells to 0 the issue was resolved.
