Kickoff Meeting: Monday, June 29th at 9am Monday 06/29 - Tuesday 06/30 QC Pano dossiers in dev Thursday, 07/02 - Pano clean Q2 release

Scope - Instruction

• Refer to the PowerPoint for testing instructions (email from Janice).
• Review functionality of each dossier (remember to test OU/SNU, Partner/Mech, and Global if applicable)
• Review data (focus on Q2, but check prior periods as well) against the draft MSD that will be posted to SharePoint. We will send a message to you when this is ready and posted. ACTION:
• Compare data between test MSD and Pano, and enter information and screen shots with the incorrect data in the Analytics repo ticket that you are assigned to AND TAG Janice and Renee
• Make sure layout and functionality work and post any issues (labeling cut off, filters not working, etc) to the issue in the analytics repo.

If a PoC is unavailable during the proposed testing time period, they are welcome to transfer testing responsibilities to another colleague by editing the above comment and assigning the new tester, and writing a new comment to inform test leads that a new assignment has been made.

@janholcombe is the Spotlight QC needed? I haven't been here for the last two integration testings so not sure where we are at with this. thanks!

@KatieOC It would be good if we can have some people test a few of the chapters. We have the Spotlight dossier separated into a ticket per chapter.

@janholcombe @KatieOC can we add @mehtasp (SIMS-Index testing), @shazadahmed10 (Recency) and @nmcarloni (main data tables); this is a new role with Shaylee but similar role for Shazad and Nicole that they supported at clean Q1. There is a longer term plan to align this better but given the prominence of Spotlight use at AIDS 2020 the following week we want to support this one more round.

@shazadahmed10 @nmcarloni you both were assigned to previous spotlight QC. What is your bandwidth, can you still do the Spotlight assignment above or should I try and find someone else or another chapter?
